How tasting vouchers will work
- Customer purchases a food-inclusive experience and receives four individually generated vouchers.
- At the relevant partner venue, staff scan the voucher QR code using their phone.
- A secure staff-only page checks the voucher, venue, status and expiry.
- Staff confirm redemption once; the server records it so the same voucher cannot be reused.
- The business dashboard totals redemptions for reconciliation and payment.
QR demonstration status: The production scanner, staff authentication, secure voucher database and payments are not yet connected on this public preview. No real voucher is issued by this page.
